In-Store Returns

Items may be returned within 60 days of purchase if tags are intact and the item is in original condition and packaging. Exclusions include diploma frames, special orders, premium gifts, or any item marked as 'final sale'. Management reserves the right to determine the condition or re-salability of the merchandise.

Online Returns

Items purchased online through belmontbruinshop.com may be returned within 60 days or purchase via mail for a refund for the item amount. Original shipping will not be refunded for online returns. Customers are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label.

Returned items must be in original condition or packaging to be eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed once the BruinShop receives the returned item and its condition is verified.

Return packages must include the following:

• Original packing slip with the item returned being circled, highlighted, or otherwise marked.
• Item(s) being returned in original condition with tags in tact.

Online Exchanges

Items bought online may be exchanged for the same item in a different color or size if stock allows. Customers are responsible for paying the exchange shipping fees.
