Facts and Questions
After creating a BruinShop Loyalty Cub Club account, you will begin earning points on all purchases. All Cub Club accounts are created with a unique identifier. Students, Faculty, and Staff will use their 8 digit BUID number (without the B) for account creation. If you are not a student, simply use your 10-digit telephone number for account creation. To earn points online and in-store you will be required to utilize your account number with each transaction.
Cub Club members earn 5% back on Gold rewards, and 3% back on Silver rewards. All accounts begin as earning Silver rewards. Cub Club members will
begin earning Gold rewards after spending $500 in a calendar year.
Cub Club rewards reset on August 1st every year, and at that time all accounts will be transitioned back to Silver rewards benefits.
Cub Club points will become available the day after purchase or shipment.
