Visiting

Where is the BruinShop located?

The BruinShop is located inside of the Jack C. Massey Center on the first floor at 1905 15th Ave. South Nashville, TN 37212 (Marked as #53 on the campus map). Download Full Campus Map

Where do I park when visiting the BruinShop?

For direct access to the BruinShop, please park in the Johnson garage (Marked as P4 on the campus map). Once parked, take the Jack C. Massey elevator up to level one and exit right. Download Full Campus Map

Payment

What forms of payment does the BruinShop accept?

The BruinShop accepts all major credit or debit cards and BruinShop gift cards. We do not accept physical checks or cash at this time.

How can I charge items to my student account?

Student account charges can only be made with a valid BUID. For more information about student account charges, please visit our student account page or contact the Student Financial Services office at (615) 460-6403.

Online Ordering

Where can I track my online order?

At this time, the BruinShop does not automatically send out tracking information. Please email [email protected] if you would like to receive tracking information for your most recent order. Please include the 5-digit order number in the subject line of your email.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Standard USPS Ground Advantage shipping is $8.99 plus tax on orders from $0.99 to $149.99. Free shipping is provided on orders of $150.00 or more.

Can I have my order express shipped?

Yes, the BruinShop does offer express shipping at extra cost. If you're interested in having your order express shipped, please contact the BruinShop at (615) 460-6403 or by email at [email protected] to request a quote for expedited shipping.

Does the BruinShop offer international shipping?

No, the BruinShop does not ship internationally at this time. Any orders placed with an international shipping address are subject to cancellation.

How long does it normally take to receive my order?

All online orders are processed and shipped out within 1 - 2 business days (may vary during busy periods or holidays). Please allow our shipping carrier 3 - 5 business days to deliver your package.

Graduation

Where can I order a custom Belmont University diploma frame?

At this time, we do not carry custom diploma frames in store. Customized diploma frames can be purchased through our partners at University Frames.

How do I order my cap and gown for commencement?

Click here to order caps and gowns for an upcoming commencement. Communication will be sent out from the registrars with a link to order your cap and gown near the beginning of your graduation semester.

Where can I order Belmont specific additional commemorative graduation products?

Belmont University and the BruinShop partner with Jostens to provide a wide variety of graduation products including, but not limited to, class rings, stoles, and graduation announcements. Browse graduation products such as class rings, stoles, graduation announcements, and more.
