Return Policy

Items may be returned within 60 days (some exclusions apply) if tags are intact, and the item is in original condition and packaging. An original register receipt will be required for a refund of any merchandise purchased in the BruinShop. Items may be exchanged with a receipt for an item of equal or lesser value. The value is determined by the current selling price.

No returns are allowed on diploma frames, special orders, premium online gifts, or any item marked as ‘final sale’.

Management reserves the right to determine the condition or re-salability of the merchandise.

Online Returns

Items bought online may be returned via mail for a refund for the item amount (original shipping will not be refunded). Customers are responsible for paying the return shipment fee. The BruinShop does not provide prepaid return labels.

The return package must include the following...

• Original packing slip with the item being returned circled.
• Item being returned; must have tags intact and in original condition.

Online Exchanges

Items bought online may only be exchanged for the same item if stock allows. The BruinShop does not allow online orders to be exchanged for different items at this time. Customers are responsible for paying the exchange shipment fee.
