Visiting

The BruinShop is located inside of the Jack C. Massey Center 1st floor at 1905 15th Ave South Nashville, TN 37212, marked as #53 on the campus map. Click here to download a full campus map.

For direct access to the BruinShop, please park in the Johnson garage, marked as p4 on the campus map. Once parked, take the Jack C. Massey elevator up to level one for direct access to the BruinShop.

Payment

The BruinShop accepts all major credit or debit cards, cash (WEEKDAYS ONLY), as well as BruinShop gift cards. We do not accept physical checks at this time.

Student account charges can only be made with a valid BUID. For more information about student account charges, please visit our student account page or contact the Student Financial Services office at (615) 460-6403.

Online Ordering

At this time, BruinShop does not automatically send out tracking information. Please email [email protected] if you would like to receive tracking information for you most recent order. Please include the 5-digit order number in the subject line of your email.

Shipping is $10.99 on orders from $0.99 to $149.99. Shipping is free on orders of $150.00 or more.

The BruinShop does offer express shipping at an extra cost. To inquire about expedited shipping, please contact the BruinShop at (615) 460-6418.

At this time, the BruinShop does not ship internationally. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled.

All orders will be processed and shipped out in 1 - 2 business days. Please allow our shipping partners 3 - 5 business days to deliver your package.

Occasionally, an item may have sold prior to us filling your order. If we expect a new shipment of the item, we will put the item in backorder status. Once the item is back in stock, we will process the remainder of your order. If you would rather be refunded for your backordered item, please email [email protected] with your 5-digit order number in the subject line.

Graduation

At this time, we do not carry custom diploma frames in store. All diploma frames can be bought and customized through our partners at University Frames.

To order caps and gowns for an upcoming commencement, click here. Communication will be sent out from the registrars with a link to order your cap and gown near the beginning of your graduation semester.
